SACRAMENTO - After a shaky start the Del Oro Golden Eagles finished the season strong by beating the Oakdale Mustangs 21-0 to win the Sac-Joaquin Division Three Section Title at Hornets Stadium Saturday night.

SACRAMENTO - The Pleasant Grove Eagles defeated the Monterey Trail Mustangs 21-6 to win the Sac-Joaquin Division One Championship at Hornets Stadium Saturday afternoon.

STOCKTON - The Escalon Cougars held off the Calaveras Redskins to win the D-IV Section Championship 22-20 Friday night at Lincoln High School in Stockton.

SACRAMENTO  - The Folsom Bulldogs, led by seniors Dano Graves and Jordan Richards, rounded out their storybook season by upsetting the state's top ranked Grant Pacers 41-20 in front of 20,000 people at Sacramento State's Hornet Stadium, in Friday's Sac - Joaquin Division II Section Championship.

LOOMIS - Max Magleby could have pouted. He could have felt sorry for himself. He could have become another distraction in a season full of them for the Del Oro High football team.

SACRAMENTO - The question of whether (2) Grant Pacers (13-0) standout running back / defensive backs Shaq Thompson and Ference Lang, would play against the (4) Folsom Bulldogs (12-1) was answered at Wednesday afternoon's practice.

FOLSOM - Bulldogs quarterback Dano Graves continues to nurse a sore right knee, but insists he will be ready to play when Folsom takes on Grant for the Sac-Joaquin D-II title Friday night at Sacramento State.

LODI - The Grant Pacers and Folsom Bulldogs will meet for the D-II title Friday night after the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section released their championship schedule this morning.

SACRAMENTO - The Grant High Pacers and the Folsom Bulldogs win in the division two semifinals setting up a championship rematch, and top seeded Plesant Grove rolls through division one to face Monterey Trail.
