FRENCH CAMP, CA - The nearly three week-long efforts of an forensic anthropologist and scientists with the Department of Justice have determined three people were killed and hidden for years inside an abandoned Linden well.

Forensic experts were able to identify two out of the three

What a difficult process that must be for her.

MODESTO, CA - The attorney representing a Riverbank city councilman charged with felony drunken driving lashed out at the media following his arraignment Wednesday.

Jesse James White, 23, faces multiple felony charges stemming from a Feb. 20 crash in Oakdale.

Police said
...more White was driving with a blood alcohol content of .24 percent with his 4-year-old son in the car and tried to leave the scene of the accident.

White pleaded not guilty at the brief court appearance and afterward refused to answer a question about whether he planned to resign his city council seat.

When asked if she wished to make a statement on behalf of her client, attorney Mary Lynn Belsher criticized the media attention.

"You're so interested in having your First Amendment rights protected, which I would die for, what about the rights of my client to have a fair and impartial jury and a fair trial?" Belsher responded.

Belsher was reminded that White is an
