TRACY, CA - The explosion was so big that it shook the surrounding apartments and tenants raced outside to see three people on fire.
"It was a loud boom and the whole building shook. I know everyone felt it," said Paradise Apartments tenant, Mike McClinton.
"I saw two...more people that were on fire: hair, head, everything," said assistant manager for the apartments, Sandy Venson.
"I saw a guy fly out the window backwards," said tenant Vincent Martinez, who rushed to the aid of the three.
Two men and one woman survived the blast inside the first floor apartment, but suffer from severe burns over their bodies. According to Tracy police, the three people inside were converting marijuana into Butane Honey Oil or hashish when the first explosion occurred in the kitchen.
"It's a very dangerous process," said Patrol Sgt. Tony Sheneman.
"The butane fumes are extremely flammable and any spark can cause a fire."

She explains that the ingredients in this recipe, which include self-rising and all-purpose flour, are a “great combination for the classic cupcake.” After giving them a try, I have to agree! These cupcakes are absolutely delicious with an amazing vanilla flavor. This is a recipe I will definitely recommend!

I didn’t think I would miss snow when I moved to the Northwest. But, I do. Thank goodness for Half Baked: The Cake Blog. They always come through for me. This time, it’s with Italian Cream ‘Snowball’ Cupcakes featured by Lauren of Crave Indulge Satisfy. If I can’t have a real...more snowball, I might as well have a cupcake that looks like one. With buttermilk, walnuts, and coconut, this cake is very exciting. I love Lauren’s suggestion to chill them in the fridge—even more like a snowball. She also suggests nut garnishes for those who aren’t as excited about coconut as I am. If you want to have a snowball fight, well, you’ll have to find a different snowball substitute! You’ll just want to eat and share these delicious cupcakes.
