VALLEJO, CA - Two people were injured during a shooting in a Vallejo neighborhood Wednesday evening.
Vallejo police responded to the intersection of Santa Clara Street and Louisiana Street around 5:56 p.m. to find a male and a female with gunshot wounds, Sgt. Kevin Coelho...more said.
The male victim had life-threatening injuries and was transported to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek. Coelho said the female victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have not identified any suspects; Coelho said the investigation is on-going.
